Icelandic horses have many qualities that are well suited for our programs at Solstice:

This breed by nature is calm, smart, willing, curious and adaptive.
It is a benefit to offer their unique gaits to our students for diversity; the tolt is quite smooth and the trot more bouncy and we can select dependent on student goals.
They are not too large in size but offer much power and zest.
